As I crossed the road

As I crossed the road
I thought of IT
Putting down my load
Seeing through my spirit

As I went away
I turned my head
Tears from over the bay
Began to shed

We both knew that it was fate
The life streaming through our souls
Full off love, maybe some hate
Would remain into the fools

What it costs to be free
